Cooking
Cooking is one of my bigger passions. I realized I had the knack for it when I changed residence to Lisbon, during university. It's a very methodic task, where you can also be creative and add something of your own.
Later on I registered for an Harvard online course "Science & Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science", where I learned a lot, not only doing new recipes, but understanding the physics and chemistry behind this everyday hobbie.
My favorite things to eat are: moamba and sushi.
